Inverted roofs are usually specified on concrete decks and, where this is the case, our two layer torch-on system provides the perfect waterproofing solution.
Various roof finishes can be specified, including roof gardens which provide a range of environmental and practical benefits such as reduced stormwater run-off, improved acoustic performance and improved ambient air quality.

PREVENTOL TECHNOLOGY
At GEORG BÖRNER plant we manufacture high performance membranes that can be included as part of a green roof system. The specially developed cap sheets incorporate Preventol, a proven technology that enables the membrane to resist the growth of roots from plants, shrubs and trees. System options include extensive green roofs, intensive roof gardens and biodiversity (brown) roofs.
